At Wmchanger, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
To request a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Swimwear, underwear, and personalized items (e.g., monogrammed pieces) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
How to Request a Refund
- Initiate the Request: Email our customer service team at service@wmchanger.com with your order number, photos of the item (including tags), and a brief explanation of why you want a refund.
- Receive Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return the Item: Ship the item to our warehouse address (provided in the approval email) within 7 days of receiving the RA number. Please include the RA number on the package.
- Process the Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We happily offer exchanges for size, color, or style, provided the following conditions are met:
- The exchange request is made within 20 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- The desired exchange item is in stock at the time of your request.
How to Exchange:
- Email service@wmchanger.com with your order number, photos of the item, and details of the desired exchange (e.g., "Exchange size S for M in the same dress").
- If approved, we will send a new RA number and instructions. You must return the original item within 7 days.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged item at no extra cost. If the new item has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference; if lower, we will refund the balance to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size/color), please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will verify the problem and offer a solution:
- Replacement: We will send a new, undamaged item at no cost, with free return shipping for the defective product.
- Full Refund: If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
- Partial Refund: In rare cases where you wish to keep the item despite minor defects, we may offer a partial refund based on the issue’s severity.
We cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and aim to resolve such issues within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Items returned after the 30-day (refund) or 20-day (exchange) window.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
- Final sale items marked "Non-Refundable" at checkout.
